Infill plots
Land between/behind existing residential or commercial buildings, including garden assemblies and backland opportunities.
Brownfield sites
Light industrial units/yards, car dealerships, derelict or vacant buildings, shop units, service stations, car parks, pubs, barns, and similar.
Agricultural → Residential (Class Q)
Conversions of qualifying agricultural buildings to dwellings, with upfront screening on eligibility, access, curtilage, design, ecology, and prior-approval risk.
